This is a brand-new boutique rental development of 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom town & garden homes; nestled on the edge of TroutLake, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Molnar Group chose Scavolini Kitchens due to its high quality and functionality. Hendry Place has two colour scheme options. Both are two-tone colour schemes and incorporate two lines from Scavolini’s Basic Range; Evolution & Sax.

Evolution kitchen line is used for the wall cabinets with a handle-less pull-open door and is equipped with recessed LED show lights under the cabinets. Sax kitchen line was selected for the base cabinets with a stain-finished door front, metal bridge handle and a silver PVC aluminum toe kick. These beautiful kitchens are completed with a sleek pencil-edged 3cm quartz countertop and backsplash. A series of very minimal, clean appliances were picked to accomplish a modern airy look.

Amenities are dressed in the same kitchen lines. Evolution for the upper cabinets and Sax for the lower cabinets. Melamine doors in ‘Concrete’ finish were selected for both the upper & lower cabinets to create a modern and trendy space.

For the bathrooms, we used the Rivo line with the soft-closing LegraBox drawers and runners. ‘Flint Grey’ and ‘Gull Grey’ were selected to go with Dark and Light Schemes respectively.
